Veramar Wins "Best of White", "Concordance Gold Medal", Gold and 2 Silver Medals
Veramar Vineyard awarded top medals for all of the Veramar wines entered in this Texas to Virginia, nine states of the south competition. According to Veramar Vineyard owner James Bogaty, "We were absolutely thrilled to receive these awards and to be in the company of some really fine southern wineries". Veramar Vineyard begins the 2004 New Year by receiving this prestigious honor. This follows a super 2002 and excellent 2003 for Veramar wines. Further, Jim Bogaty said "The New Year 2004 accolades mirror almost exactly those of last two years in this respect – with a wide range of people who are familiar with Veramar Vineyard products referring time and time again to the high standards Veramar sets, and commenting on Veramar Vineyard's dedication to quality and consistency."
At the 2004 "Wines of The South" event in Knoxville, TN hosted by the Tennessee Viticulture and Onelogical Society, Veramar Vineyard received the following awards:

Concordance Gold Medal - Veramar 2002 Chardonnay
Silver Medal - Veramar 2002 Norton
Silver Medal - Veramar 2002 D'Ora

Veramar Chardonnay also, has been awarded the Jefferson Cup Invitational Certificate of American Merit. Completing the exciting result for Veramar Vineyard - Bronze Awards given to Veramar Chambourcin, at the 2002 & 2003 Virginia Governors cup, The Vinifera Association and the Indy International Wine Competition. In addition, Veramar Tres Blanc NV has won the Bronze medal at the Virginia Governors cup, Gold at Vinifera Association & Silver at Indy International. Also, 2003 Indy, both the Veramar Norton and Cabernet Franc have added additional Bronze medals to Veramar's winnings. Further, Veramar Cabernet Franc won Bronze at the Vinifera Association.
